The Flower Box started off as a family business and is still run as a family business today! Therefore we ensure that quality and customer service is kept to the highest standards at all times, you will not have to wait days for replies during working hours as you will normally get a reply within an hour.

We have two shops in Guisborough and Stokesley. We also have an 8000 square foot central warehouse where each evening our fresh flowers are delivered direct from the auctions in Holland into our temperature controlled fridge room.

Cutting out middlemen and days in wholesalers where you are ultimately loosing precious days of fresh flowers. Therefore all orders are delivered in bud to guarantee 7 days freshness.
